Yenny C. Ng, CEO/Principal Architect
AIA, RIBA, NCARB, LEED AP

Yenny C. Ng, was born in Penang, Malaysia. He graduated from the School of Architecture of the highly regarded University of Nottingham, England with a B.A.(Hons) in Architectural Studies and a Masters degree in Architecture, M.Arch. He graduated from the Masters program with a First Class Honors and was awarded the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) President’s Medal for Architectural Education for his Masters Dissertation in 1987.

Yenny's work has been global, designing numerous projects in the U.K. and Europe while based in England, and later, when living in Singapore, extending his work in Asia, gaining a wealth of international experience. Yenny is a corporate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), an Associate member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), and is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Mr. Ng has led the design team of many hospitality, multi-family, residential, and commercial projects. In addition, he conceptualized the design for the Camino Real Hotel in Goleta, the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach and an array of multi-use projects in the southern California area.

As the Founder and CEO of YNG Architects, Inc., Yenny is responsible for the management and strategic planning of the firm. As the Principal Architect, Yenny will correspond with the client, lead the design team, and oversee development of the project through all phases.




Ada Rose, Vice President
Registered Architect, LEED AP Homes

Ada graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture Degree from Cornell University in 1996. She completed the California Architect licensure requirements in 2008. She became a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional with a specialty in Homes in 2010. Over the past 19 years she has worked in several southern California firms gaining experience in design, project management, and construction administration of high-end custom homes, multi-family housing, hospitality, and commercial, and institutional projects. Prior to joining YNG Architects, she was Project Architect for remodels of two boutique hotels, Hotel Seven4One in Laguna Beach and the Piru Mansion in Ventura County.

As a Project Architect Ada's role has included both project management and design. As a project manager, she has extensive experience in working with clients, coordinating the work of consultants, and working with contractors during the construction process. As a designer she has worked on both architecture and interiors, using hand drawing, CAD, and 3-D modeling software.

At YNG Architects, Inc. Ada has served as Project Architect for several custom homes, as well as a remodel of Heritage Villas multi-family housing in Mission Viejo. She was also involved in the construction document and construction administration phases of Saratoga Condominiums in Saskatoon, Canada, and served as the Project Architect for Church and Campus Improvements for St. John the Divine Episcopal.

As a Project Architect, Ada will be on the design team with the role of taking the project from the schematic design phase and developing it through the design development and construction document phases, ensuring the design remains intact while the building adheres to the applicable building and zoning codes.




Tonia Ashley, Construction Manager

With almost 20 years of industry experience, Tonia Ashley, has diverse knowledge and abilities to help build projects ahead of deadline, below cost, safely and with exceptional quality.
She has attained 12 years of progressive project engineering experience in landmark projects, demonstrating skills in Contract Management, Project Management, and Business Administration.

Tonia is a self motivated, enthusiastic and a proven leader. She is an asset to any project development phase, whether it be bidding, preconstruction, construction, and tenant improvement.

Tonia will ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities.




​Fernando Niebla, Project Manager

As Project Manager, Fernando will oversee the realization of the design through drawing details, specifications and compliance with city codes and regulations.

Fernando is a skilled designer with knowledge in developing a wide range of architectural projects, including 3D structural models and animations. He is highly efficient in rendering high quality renditions of structure and interiors. He is a motivated individual, who is a results-oriented, team player with a desire to succeed.

Fernando’s strengths lie in his keen attention to design and detailing; resolving complex technical and design issues, while keeping the client’s needs in mind.




Nancy Arevalo, Designer

Nancy has a B. A. of Architecture from Woodbury University. She brings a traditional art background, while specializing in 3D Design, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, and InDesign. Nancy is also trained in Interior Design and has experience with designing outdoor installations for the City of Los Angeles.
At YNG Architects, she assists wit interior design materials and boards; as well as City submittals, floor plans, and 3D elevations.





Luis Makianich, Senior Project Manager
Registered Architect

​Luis Makianich is an Architect who graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires (FAU), Argentina in 1978. He was a researcher at the Urban Patrimony, part of the ICOMOS (International Council for the Preservation of Historical Monuments and Sites) in 1976. Additionally, he was active in the academic field and was the Chair of History of Architecture under Jorge Gazaneo in 1978 and Chair in Architectural Design under Héctor Angeluchi in 1980 and Jorge Goldemberg from 1987-2001.  
He has distinguished himself in various architectural competitions where he has received various awards. Additionally, he has several publications and exhibitions including the exhibition of the New National Museum of Fine Arts in the Palacio Errázuriz. His latest publication in the annual of The National Academy of Fine Arts.
Currently, he lives in Southern California, USA, where he works as an independent Architectural Consultant for YNG Architects, Inc.
